I had ordered for bose quiet comfort 35 ii wireless headphone (Black) from electronicshops.in online website on 4th april 2019, which was sold at a discounted price of rs. 3, 999.
When the parcel was recd., i did not receive bose qc 35 wireless headphone. This was a cod, hence i had no option rather than receive the parcel and when i opened it there was a inferior quality spn sp-15 headphone. Which costs rs. 899 in big bazaar.
I had written 4 reminders to them to give me original bose quiet comfort 35 ii wireless headphone, but there is no response.
