The following is the exact review which I posted on the product that I ordered

This is not about the IEM, this is only about ELECTRONIKSINDIA.COM. No doubt the KZ ZSX are excellent, keeping that in kind I put that in my cart thinking of checking out later. Then I got a WhatsApp message for ELECTRONIKS INDIA on[protected] about the IEM on my cart. I have inquired about any discount and accessories with it. They offered me a discount of Rs. 100 and a free carry case. I asked them if it is possible not to print the price and exact description of the product outside the parcel as I always opt for Prepaid orders and this is what AMAZON do with their parcels, they don't put the price and the exact name of the product outside the parcel. They told me that this can be done onyl through SPEED POST and with DELHIVERY courier they will not print the price but the product name will be printed on the parcel to which I agreed. Then I placed my order on[protected] and they told me that the next day it will be shipped. But on[protected], it was not shipped and they told me that they forgot to put the free carry case in the box so they had to cancel the pickup. I said, "It's okay". Then again the status was showing "Shipment not ready for pick up" (I could see the status as the AWB no was generated and was given to me), so i asked in the afternoon on[protected] about that, they replied that they will send it through SPEEDPOST as it was rejected due to ansence of price (How amazon sellers ship their product then?). I asked them to cancel the order so that i can buy it from elsewhere. They asked me about ECOM EXPRESS and said it will be shipped by the next day. I said that if they couldn not send it by the next day then please cancel the order. Then their reply was like "ok, we can cancel your order, you can buy from Amazon if you want, plz confirm". I told them to cancel. Again the replied with """Sure.Let me put up a request with team. Pls note that ZSX sold on other portals are also shipped by us (such as Amazon) so you would need to wait for the same time. are the suppliers to other sellers. Done. I have applied for cancellation""". Then when i told them about international orders, they told me about 42% custom duty that i have to pay if i order from china. I said it's okay, then their reply is ""We don’t want to offer you poor purchase experience. We have your product packed already but it is due to non-compliance issue. We can assure you 100% dispatch by tomorrow if you can allow us to darken the price with marker (as it is printed). If that works, your product can be dispatched"". My reply""You should have told me about that when i asked about the price being printed on the parcel. You were just making excuses about the case yesterday and today you are telling me that delhivery didn't accept the parcel because of the pricing."" Again they replied ""No worries, that is why we are cancelling your order as we don’t want to sound as if we are making excuses. It is only of special request."" Then i pointed out the messages about the price and about them forgetting to put the carry case in the box. They they replied """Yes, because we don’t offer free case. And that was a special request which was accommodated today. Sorry., we will let you know the status of refund once processed. It takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear once we process it""". I then ordered the kz zsx from CONCEPTKART and inform ELECTRONIKSINDIA about the 5% discount and free carry case CONCEPT KART is offering me. Then they replied with "Good to know". I also sent an e-mail requesting the cancellation of the order to [****] at 1:20 PM on[protected]. But today on[protected] i got an e-mail at 2:00 pm (after the parcel was picked up at 1:35pm) that "Hi Krishna
Looks like your product has already dispatched. You will receive it in 3-5 days.
Regards". I replied with whatsapp chat screenshots "Should I go to consumer court? Is this how you torture your customers? I am not accepting your parcel. I already ordered from CONCEPT KART which has been shipped before you already. Read the conversations." Then reply in email (WhatsApp guy/girl stopped replying) was ""Please read policy here as per which orders once placed are ineligible for cancellation here https://www.electroniksindia.com/policies/refund-policy
If the parcel is rejected, both way shipping charges will be deducted along with restocking fee before processing your refund. Your order was dispatched within timeline as mentioned here
