We are facing the issue with burners, they are under 2year warranty and the company technicians are not able to solve our issue over and above We have to pay visitation charges. So many times we have complained in the customer care evedytime they say that issue will be resolved permanently but nothing happens and we have to keep on giving them visitatio fees. If the product is faulty they are not ready to replace the burners also. We have to keep pressing the ignition button to light the burner and it takes time thereby wasting gas in this process and now both the burners have started bur ing on low flames no matter how many times u move the knob
