I suresh sirodkar became member of elite group of loyalty services on 25th december 2018 by paying rs.1, 25, 000. There were lots of claims about gifts and services which would be provided by them.
Following services were to be received by us within 1 month from getting registered:-
1. Two grams gold coin
2. Imagica passes
3. Gym membership of 2 years
4. Kitchen set
Of which none o[censored]s is been received till date.
After a month none of the sale executive was answering the phone & there phone is coming switched off.
The head person naming manish patil whose phone is still ringing not answering the call & last he picked up giving a hope that it is not a fraud company & customer care will give you a call & then we receive call from hyderabad customer care which is again inefficient & saying we have no records of mumbai members.
Mumbai sales executive naming imran malik, shabbas shaikh & poonam mishra are the one who gave false claims and now there phone is switched off.
Requesting you to take some action as there are more than 100 aggrieved members and hoping there hard earned money back.
