We had enrolled for Elite Matrimony in September 2020 and we have not received any proper service. For the past 4 months they have changed 4 Relationship Managers. They dont respond to our calls and keep saying that the RM has left the jon. We were promised to be provided 2 profiles per week but in past 4 months they did not provide any profiles for 5 weeks. No response, No communication. We are frustrated and emotionally drained in losing time and money. We want to take action against them.
