Very unprofessional and rude staff..when we expressed our dissatisfaction the person who marketed the package to us said ‘I don’t know and I’m not handling your case’ ..on further questioning level of service he mentioned I don’t want to talk ..who in the world gives this kind of customer service where customer are not valued and being heard Was this information helpful? |
