My website was hosted on 31st october 2017 and was blocked by this company in feb2018. They ssid as per appointment letter dated 17th feb 2017, i need to pay the amc charges. My point is hosting did not complete its annual period, then why shud i pay. Plus now they are asking me to give additional charges for giving the backup of my dayabase and website saying the account has expired. Kindly guide. I am a start up. Really cant afford to pay for the unethical demands. Plus no dedigning was done by them... I sat with them and guided them as far as the aesthetical look of my website was concerned.
