Dear sir,

I have become a victim of an Online Fraud and lost my Rs. 90, 000 hard earned money.
This all had started in the 1st wk of Jan'2023 when I was looking for an additional source of income and saw a Facebook Ad which was regarding "Work from Home and EARN 15-20k daily" which tempted me to think of it and I just started.
The scam was started with a very strong discussion over WhatsApp chat where it was said as below

"I'm a recruiter at ELYS Company!

Our company opens at 9am and ends at 9pm, you can work at any time of the day.

We work on YouTube and Telegram, do you have these 2 apps?"

We started chatting as above and she told me all the benefits and daily earning opportunity..
It was said that I just need to watch some 10 second YouTube videos and they will pay Rs. 250 against each video that I watch... and to build a trust of mine they paid also for couple of days where I earned some 2800 approx in the first 2days.. I thought it's a good start. they said to chat and discuss only on Telegram and not on any other medium then infcact did not share there direct contact nos smartly by saying some protocols of the company. I was also kept falling in back to back trap where first they asked me to deposit 1000 which I did by thinking such a small amount and to my surprise they imm paid 1790 afterthe completion of task on the same day. It was really impressive to see the kind of return I got against just a small effort by using my Mobile phone. This is where my greediness started and all this happened. Further they gave some capping of Good return agains some minor affordable investments called as THE 4TH BENEFIT TASK (Screen shot attached).

I made an investment of 3500 and got 4200 instantly and my trust was complete built up on them and this is where the real SCAM started

Further they asked to Deposit bigger amount and Earn huge.
Even thoughi was confident but till thout of paying the smaller slab and paid 10000 and paid Via Gpay link the beneficiary name was VISCO TRADERS on Gpay (Screen Shot Attached) I was in a great hope of Earning 12500 against my investment of 10k but to my surpirse the so called teacher who was handling a group of 5-6 players said that I made some mistake in task and hencecant getmy paymentnow and he assured me to not worry and invest more and withdraw total money in next slot and since the Game was growing so I was put in the even bigger group of people and I had to deposit even bigger amount and henceI deposited Rs. 20000 this time ( Screen Shot Attached) and this time was smiling as to get an opportunity to withdraw my total investment of 30k + a good commission of some 15k approx so I thought I would e withdrawing 45k now but to my surprise the so called teacher again started saying that I made some mistake again in the game and hence I can't withdraw now and he started reacting In a way as if he is so much busy in his work and I was bothering him unnecessarily by requesting him to help me withdraw my hard earned money which was invested after trusting them.

Now by seeing the talking and chatting behaviour of the so called Teacher @Veer211111
I got alerted and this is the time when it clicked on my mind that I was trapped. Then I started requesting by using different methods to get my money back anyhow from their account which was completely under their control.

Now since my total amount stuck was 39k hence I was more worried about and my So called Teacher kept saying n mentioning that why did I mistake as the Merchsnt wouldn't allow me to withdraw as the conditions are not met. I asked me what can be done now then the teacher again started pushing me to make one last deposit of 60k a ml withdraw the total money in one which will become 1.09 lakhs
I repeatedlyentioed that I don't have any money in hand but the way he approaches and won my trust that I would he getting my entire money of 1.09 lakhs and I must take an attempt of arranging funds from a family or friends.. he game time also to arrange as if he doing a great help by allowing me for sometime.. ni was fallen in greed to get my all money in return after this last transaction of 60k. I Negotiated as I didn't have money then he said to arrange atleast 50k n rest he will help me with I had this money availble in my account that moment an hence I couldnt control myself in a greed of getting all my money back in one go and hence deposited this 50k too as he said.. now he said to withdraw the total amount by logging in the elys account.. I was very happy but to my surprise there was an error came which said " the withdrawal conditions are not met" here again I was wondered and worried as I was fooled by these people now the story repeated and he again started saying that I made some mistake again in betting and hence I can't withdraw now... now my total Stuck amount in Elys account was 1.09 lakhs including commissions while my personal investment was 80k.
Looking at ll these scenario I got panicked and had a long chat conversation with @Veer21111 and @kavya7707 to get my money released by any means I also offered them to allow me to withdrawal my invested amount only and I don't want any commission but by now I understood it was their business and they don't understand Emotions and there is no humanity. after spending a entire day of follow up n chats as the amount was huge, I used all the emotional tricks also sometime threatens them as if I'll go lodha a complaints of fraud agains them but they were least bother about money and finally I gave up and left money 1.09 lakhs with them and accepted that I was trapped.
After few days that Teacher @Veer211111 himself wrote and said you can withdraw your money. I was surprised how can I withdraw without any conditions and immediately logged in elys account without wasting a minute but story repeates I couldnt withdraw and the error was "withdrawal conditions are not met" I told him the same and he said wimait for sometime he will request to Merchant to allow me withdrawal then he reverted after 15 mins by saying that the merchant is saying to Reactivate the account you need to deposit minimum 10k and then you ucan withdraw a while amount... I also thought that I can bet of 10k more as the total amount stuck with them was more than a lakh... I was seriously out of my mind and again invested the 10k as said by @Veer211111 after depositing that bloody teacher said to me that You can withdraw your money now. I was happy and logged In Elys Account but what's next? The Story repeats and my this 10k also got stuck..😢😡😠

Now the total amount seen in my Frozen Elys account is Rs 118970/- including all while my personal investment in this is Rs 90000/-

I would say pls look into the matter and suggest me what needs to be done in this scenario as my hard earned money is am stuck with them and there are such a Fraudsters.
