Elysium business and travel management is fraud company. They cheated to me and this fraud company is continuing their cheating programs every day.

Don't fall pray to their honey trap and please don't give your hard earned money to this fraud company.
They are professionally trained people sitting just to trap to you and get your money. They play with your emotions and waste your time.

They have their own fake reviews.

Once you opt the membership, you are gone. Their customer representatives keep on changing and you have to repeat your entire story to every representative and at the end you won't get any of the service, the only thins you will definitely get is frustration and torturer.

If you ask them refund they will just keep you hanging for updates and if you visit their office their representative use abusive language and on 8th jan even one of the representative threatened my husband to life.

Me and my husband fall pray and we are suffering hell lot torturer from the company executives/representatives/top management people.

When we joined elysium business and travel management their official website was http://ebatm.com. now then have changed the official web site and when you visit above web site you will be redirected to altogether new website http://kyriadcorporatetravel.com.
So, now their new name is kyriad corporate travel.

They didn't notified of this name change.

How they trap you,
Usually on petrol pump or in shopping mall their people ask you to fill out lucky draw coupon and on one day you will get a call saying "congratulations..! You are selected as lucky winner. Please come to our office, we are having a 45-60 mins program and then you can collect your 4-5 gifts. And this program is exclusively for couples, bachelors are not allowed."

We also got such call and went to kothrud pune elysium business and travel management office, attended their program and opted the membership.
The presentation was about the what is elysium business and travel management company, how company operates.
In that presentation they claimed that they own your end to end holiday planning and execution.
They showed us a hotel booklet which was full of 5* luxuries hotels.
When you plan a holiday, the company even promised the discounts on airfare because as this is travel company so they have tie-ups. Just bare the fuel expenses of site seeing, company will provide you a cab and enjoy your holiday in 5* luxuries hotels.
Apart from hotel accommodation, breakfast, free cab for site seeing there are below complementary things,

1. Within 2 days you will get login id password for the portal.
1. One thousand voucher per month.
2. If you pay for membership through emi then whole interest amount will be refunded.
3. Complementary 1 year gym membership for couple.
4. Events organized by elysium business and travel management company exclusively for the members.

In that 45-60 mins presentation the staff will talk to you like you are god. Everyone is kind to you.
"everyone is very professional".

After presentation they just give you 10 mins to decide for opting the membership as the discounted membership price is for just 10 lucky winners of that day.
They trap you such like that with above services and all you fall pray to their cheating.

And they are very fast on collecting the payment.

Wow... Sounds good.. Right.?? Till now no issues.

The main problem starts when you ask for any of above services.

Their staff do not respond to your emails, many times they don't answer your calls, you have to personally go to their office.

You will just get the promise on you every follow-up visit. You keep on following up and their representative just use their sweet language to give you next date on updates on services and this goes infinitely.

Below are the services where me and my husband suffered a lot and these are same services which were promised to us while opting the membership.

Login id password for elysium business and travel portal.
The portal is to get the hotel list and to put service requests.
Its been more than 4-5 months and till date i have not received any login id password and not even the membership card.
In my one of the refund conservation i got to know that my elysium business and travel management membership card was ready and as per them it got returned twice.
Guys, just imagine this is just a membership card and not a government card which a courier guy cannot put into your letter box or cannot handover to watchman.
And even if we accept that they actually sent the card and it got returned but why none of the representative (Customer representative changed 4 times since i opted the membership) bothered to hand over me the card in any of my visit (More than 25 visits) to office.

Gym -
The company offered the gym which was 4-5 kms away from my home and on my every personal follow-up they insisting on the same.
I have sent multiple emails, called up several times and 8-10 times visited the kothrud pune branch then i got the gym membership.
Note: hell lot of follow-ups are needed, if at all they respond to you they will just give you update 'we are working' and if you visit the office they will talk to you so nicely and just keep on postponing the things.

1k voucher per month
It's almost 4-5 month we have membership but only 1 voucher and for getting that too i insisted a lot of times in my visits to office.
In dec 2018 i visited kothrud branch multiple times but i have been told that as elysium business and travel management is organizing new year event hence there will not be any voucher.

Events organized by elysium business and travel management
We have been told that on occasion like krishna janmashtami, navratri, new year elysium business and travel management organizes events for members.
Till date i have not received any email about any single event.
Every time i visited the office the customer representative told us that "ohh. You didn't get any email, i will check".
For new year event the mail to members was supposed to come by 1st but as usual no email. Then i visited the office the representative told me email will come on 15th dec then they told me email will be sent on 25 th but no email was sent to me.
Even if every time you are visiting the office and telling the representative that i am not getting event pass emails, the representative do not care on checking whether you got email, if not then getting your email added to events email address list.

Interest amount on emi
When we opted the membership we have been told that the interest amount on emi will be credited to our account.
I had initiated this conversation around 2-3 month back. I have even sent the amortization schedule twice. Till date i have not received any communication when the interest amount will be credited. Every time i visit the office the representative just avoid that topic saying "i will do that you don't worry sir".

Hotels booking and itinerary planning
This is base service and at least "elysium business and travel management" should provide this service without fail.
I had initiated the conversation for maldives holiday and i didn't got the hotels list on time. I visited the office multiple times, sent the emails too, called them multiple time. Then i got the hotel list which was not at all satisfactory. The hotels were cheap and the presentation booklet that they show you contains all 5* and up hotels.
When we opted this membership we have been told that "elysium business and travel management" will send the hotel list and member have to choose from that. If member do not find any hotel suitable then they will send the second list. If member is still not satisfied then 3rd list will be shared.
But here, as elysium business and travel management representative were not replying i took this part and shared the hotel list and elysium business and travel management representative were not replying on time to that as well.
So, i changed the holiday place from maldives to thailand.
I got the hotel list but it was again cheap and normal hotels compared to their booklet list.
So again i had shared the hotel list multiple times to them and again they didn't replied. I called multiple times on updates.

Finally, their representative agreed to the hotels from my list and then i visited the office for booking confirmation and itinerary planning.
I was supposed to get the booking in 4 days but even after 2 weeks i have not received any email in booking confirmation.
I called up hell lot of times, emailed them but literally no one was relying, no one.

Refund process.
So after hell lot of frustration and torturer, we finally decided, not to be a member of elysium business and travel management and initiated the conversation 5-6 weeks before on refund but every representative just kept us hanging on updates.

You have to call and remind them "sir, i am supposed to get the update but haven't received any" and then they will again postpone this and they reply you with new date.

It's been more than five weeks we initiated refund process, we are frustrated with elysium business and travel management's false promises. While discussing about refund, we received the abusive language replies from elysium business and travel management representative/executive, they threatened to my husband's life.

As per last discussion (8th jan 19) with mr ram, he promised the entire amount refund with interest amount, till date no updates.
Tried to contact him a lot through emails/calls but no one replying. Today, got to know he also left the elysium business and travel management. As usual their representatives keep changing.

Guys, don't opt this fraud membership.

And if any representative of elysium business and travel management is reading this should take a note that i have lodged police complaint to get my refund.
