My name is aditya mangla, i am based out in gurgaon, india
I am an investor & regularly invest in gurgaon market
This is about mr. Joy bhala whos marketing head in gurgaon office
I want to share my worst experience related to any property transaction with emaar due to this person
I was in touch with one of your executives who’s name is vikas yadav, he sits in emaar gurgaon sikanderpur office regarding one commercial approved land on golf course extension road, gurgaon
I offered a buyer for same at sale value @250cr, he coordinated meeting wth joy bhala for the same who later said that the buyer is black listed in the company & transaction cannot happen
Later i got to know he’s in touch through some other person with the same buyer for the same land
Simultaneously vikas yadav offered me institutional sites which i agreed to purchase personally & dropped 50 lacs cheque to close.
He coordinated my meeting for final discussion with joy bhala
Joy bhala sold these sites to other buyer as i was communicated through vikas yadav, joy bhala didn’t revert/ answer to any of my messages & cal
I was tools that there is some other buyer who’s just come up in the day & offered higher price
I just want to understand whether it’s emaar work nature or joy bhala have some kind o[censored]nderstanding with the other brokers or persons that he makes transaction with the particular people
It looks kind of auction & not marketing, even after my confirmation & cheque why was the deal offered to other people & closed same day with no explanation. Joy bhala didn’t turn up with any reply so far
I just want my complaint against joy bhala to get it escalated to higher level for such attitude, discrepancy & failure
