I have booked a flat in Emaar Imperial Garden Sector-102 Noida in 2012 @6800/- BPS, Unit Rate with IDC/EDC was Rs 1.54 crore and paid Rs 1.4 crore 90% of flat cost with loan from ICIC HFC..Builder HAS committed to deliver flat in 2016 but delayed by Two years and now committing delivery in 2018 end..i have paid Rs 30 Las interest on loan til date..i want FULL refund from BUILDER due to delay and financial burden..also now in 2017, BUILDER started selling same project in Rs 95 Las and hence i am unable to resale it..i want FULL refund from BUILDER with interest as they are cheaters..and I have lost faith in them..

I am a resident of sector 105 mohali punjab emaar i am very disappointed by their work roads keeps flooding during rain season very poor management roads are very weak i would give 1 out of 10 to their management
