Review is about Gomti green Lucknow
I have booked a plot in Emaar gomti greens lucknow through sales Manager Mr. Harshit Bajpai. The booking amount for plot in sector G plot G1/32 was alsodeducted from our bank account.
After 15 days of booking of my plot, I have asked about status of my plot, I got verbal reply from Mr. Harshit Bajpai that plot is controversial and it will take more than six months to resolve the legal issues. I haveenquired through email about my booking copy and plot status. I got delayed email after seven days that the cheque is diverted to the booking of plot in sector A plot no. A2/25 which belongs to Mr. Anupam Bajpai with our consent . They have send me a fake photocopy of a letter written on A4 sizepaper.
Intresting thing is I am existing customer of emaar which means the cheque was initially punched on my name but later it was diverted. The customer care is not willing to give higher authority email id and phone no., sayingthatis personal information.
I have asked on 09.08.2019 from feedback of emaar about original scanned copy of letter along with booking copy of plot and today on 12.08.2019, I have send first reminder and to my surprise I found that my email was blocked by feedback and enquire of emaar and my message have gone to their spam box.
Today i.e 13.08.2019 only i got response after 4 days from Sonalika Jain of customer happiness centre of emaar of gurgaon branch. I her reply she told that i have already received booking copy so they can not provide another one. She was in constant denial mode and highly Non-professional. First of all i have given several reminders about my booking copy after 13 day only she remenbers i have a copy, if i have a copy there is no harm in sending one more copy. What is she hiding. she have claim to forward me the original latter as attachment in this mail but i am not able to open the attachment as it is corrupt. Why after several reminders she is not sending me booking and scan copy of original letter? If executive like her are there in emaar i think they have to re-name it as customer harassment centre.
