Empire Stationery Mart — cordless phone defective

I had purchased one Beetel Model X66N Cordless phone from Empire Stationery Mart, GF-3, Vishal Bhawan, 95, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019. Phone No:[protected]/26287211/26287212 vide their cash memo No: 32380 and Book No: 233 dated: 18.6.18 for RS.1390-00.

After one week it started complaints about non clear of voice and keypad is not working properly.I called several times but they refused to replace it saying that the we will not take back.

I request them I am a senior citizen and coming all far away from Rohini also a major surgery patient but in response they told( we are busy we cannot do anything) also I told them I will extra amount and you replace it with other company but for the same also they refused.

Would you please hep me to solve my problem
