Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — my pf transfer has been rejected by field office.

I submitted the pf transfer form in my current organisation techmahindra and they sent form in the regional provident fund office after validating it. Today i checked the status, it is showing rejected by field office. First of all why my pf transfer has got rejected? Please tell me the reason and now what is the next step to claim again.
