Dear sir,
i am a employee of GOPANI IRON & POWER (I) PVT LTD. since oct 2005.
sir i am resign the job in july 2015. due to some personal problems and rejoining in the same company in oct 2015 to till to date.
in the period of rejoining company provides new U.A.N no. & new P.F no.
request the online transfer claim (FORM13) U.A.N no. merged on dated 22/04/2019. TRACKING ID[protected] BUT online transfer claim No. NGNAG[protected] has been rejected by EPFO on dt. 04/06/2019, but no any reason are mentioned.
my old U.A.N No.[protected] and date of joining 01/10/2005
and date of leaving 09/07/2015.
new U.A.N No.[protected] date of joining 01/10/2015.
sir please merge the two U.A.N No.'s as possible as earlier.
