Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO] — pf claim approved and claim settled but claim amount not credited to my bank account

CLIAM AMOUNT APPROVED : RS.14551
On 06/04/2019
Cliam status settled and also they are withdrawaled my PF amount more than 15 days before But they are not mentioned what reason in which date withdrawal my amount in my passbook.

But till now cliam amount not credited to my bank account .
Regarding this issue I send many mails and PF grivence portal
No proper response.I PF grivence They are closed my 3 grivences without solving issue.
For this reason I want taking action on EPFO OFFICE KANDIVALI 2 .
EPFO HELPLINE NO ONE IS ACTIVE. ALL EPFO OFFICE CONTACT NUMBERS NO ONE IS TAKE CUSTOMER CALL.So I kindly request you take taking action on EPFO OFFICE under irresponse helpline portal, grivence, Kandivali 2 PF office(Malad), Maharashtra.
