[Resolved]  crystal hues ltd — employee harassment

I am Sushil sharma belongs to punjab and i am passout of b tech electronics and communication and i have came to Noida in search of job then i simply reach Crystal hues limited office situated in NSEZ SDF k-11, Phase -2 Noida. There HR co ordinator of crystal hues appointed me as business development(Telecaller) in event and promotions.I have not seen such a poor and such a fraud company ever in my life. Every employ there is just passing the time and everybody is unhappy even the persons closer to management are always unhappy by management decisions. I have seen a no. of examples in just 3 months of carrier that how they provide salary after 20th of every month and the owner Mr ML Sudheen (Director - Crystal Hues) is just seeking for business from every employee either it is technical or not. Every employee is living with fear in mind that crystal management fires anyone without any prior notice and without any proper clarification. This is such a great example of their unprofessional and poor management. The owner is always living with attitude and use the resources as per on his own demand. They did the same with me. Without any prior notice and just suddenly their HR Manisha hold my hand suddenly offers to provide resign and when i deny to do that she extorted me to do this and they didn't provide my salary even after 3 months. They did the same with a no. of employees. and even after leaving the crystal hues no body receives the salary of last month. The owner just wants to roll out the money on any condition.

Please support to protect the very serious carriers spoiled by crystal hues everyday.Every youth is having some great dreams as per their carrier aspect but this kind of company gives a very bad experience and employees get too much frustrated.
