I am vcentric employee, i was recruited on contract to hire basis on 23rd july 2012.But now on 23rd october 2012 i am being told that your contract of 3 months is over with client and we cant continue your employment.It is clearly mentioned in my offer letter that if company is trying to terminate me then they have to either give me one months notice period or one months salary in advance. But when i am communicating with my HR's they are telling that they cant give me either of two. I have offer letter copy with me in which it is mentioned that company has to provide me one months salary in advance.
