[Resolved]  Aks Associates and Recruitment Services — fraudulent job policy

Sir,
The uploaded images are the criminals and are involved in fraudulent cases, who had made lots of fraud of money for giving jobs to many B.tech students by charging very large sum of money as security deposit. The are the cheaters, who r good in making fake career websites and make a trap of various students by showing them companies higher ctc per year. They don't know how our parents fully dedicated to us give such amount as security to get in to job. Our parents only know that this amount will be recovered after 1-2 year of their son/daughter's professional work. I would like to say they are the GOD who always say to move in right path, But we youth just motivated by such consultancies and fraud makers...please be sure of depositing such security amount to any consultancy...beware of this bcoz I too the victim of this...These persons are "Exploit from Birth" kinda what they can do..only can fraud...nothing else...please be aware ...

Sir,
I am Divyankur from Patna, Bihar.I am an Engineering graduate in ECE. I have registered to AKS Associates and Recruitment Services, a part of Jobadda.com on 26th february 2013 for a job in a reputed core company and paid an amount of Rs.20, 000 in advance. After the lapse of several weeks they didn't arrange any interview, they assured and issued a No Objection certificate stating that they will refund me the whole amount if they fail to arrange the job for me till 11th of May and therefore after much persuasion they issued a cheque in advance of Rs.20, 000 dated 11th may 2013.After the said date got past i presented the cheque to the bank for encashment on 18th may 2013 where it was dishonoured due to insufficient balance. After this I talked to the director and the managers of the company several times who assured me daily to refund me the amount. After their assurance I again presented the cheque to the bank on 19th of july but to my surprize and disbelief it got dishonoured again. After that they are either not replying to my calls or making unnecessary excuses.

Mr. Divyankur, This is also happen to me, I register my name with the same ammount of money on Jan'2013.and they can't arrange a interview for two months.Allow me to inform you that in the no1 daily bengali newspaper of kolkata Ananda Bazar Patrika a report against this frauds was published(i cant remember the date) Anand, Randhir, Kuljeet and Amit send to jail for 15 days.I dont now that if the case is over or not, I claim my money after this incident, and also their CHQ bounced for two times.Toady is 20.09.2013, during this long time period, they refund me only Rs. 10000, and after that they didn't answer my calls too.
