[Resolved]  Creative Networks-call centre — The manager Shivakumar is fraud and worst guy

The manager named Shivakumar of this company is worst guy...Daily he is giving torchure to employees regarding the credit card leads....He is not giving respect to the employees and also starting while joining he will take deposit amount of 3000 and that amount also he will not give after 3 months....Simply he will take penalty for everything...He is totally sadisht.....Pls dont join this call centre.....

call center agent issue — network issue

PLEASE must andshould read this may be it's usefull to you,

My self sayied anwer from bangalore, i am a customer of tata docomo network, i purchased a

tata docomo SIM card on 13 july 2009, it was intradused in bangalore is on 10 july 2009,

starting TATA DOCOMO service as well as offers are good afcose even today offers are very

good compare to other networks, day by day tata docomo service is going to very werst, i am facing a

problem in sending outgoing SMS, i have this is issue from fast 3 mounths, more than 100 times i

have called up to customer care and tag a ticket regards unable to send an SMS, i have few docket

nob.NWK09411797, from fasst 2 weeks i have tag 4 tickets regards unable to send an SMS.

My concern is yesterday on 03/12/09, i have called up to customer care, that time i was in

hurry i was suppose to send some importent SMS to others, i informed to that agent who picked my

call she was unable to resolve she has escalated to higher team Team Leader (rohith), i informed the

same to that guy, my call was about 34 minutes, he was not ready to listen to me, only one thing he

is telling its my handset issue, i have other 3 network connections which is (vodafone, idea,

aircel), i never got any issues, in the same handset which is using for tata docomo, if i insert any

other network SIM, there will be no issues, the person team leader who handle my call is not

bothering about customers, clearly i am informing him i have check with 6 diffrent make and model

handset, even in all handset same issue, that customer care person is not bothering about customer

clearly he is telling i can go for consumer court or which ever INDIAN rules for the same, clearly

he told its not TATA DOCOMO'S issue, its handset issue,

I have check with 6 diffrent handset, leave me i have other friend who is facing the same

issue, yesterday while calling to customer care we meet 3 friends and given a call to CC, AGENT had

speak with all of my friends who is facing the same issue even he telling for all o[censored]s its an

handset issue, i never ever seen any agent in my working place who is arguing with customers, even i

am working in BPO, i am an server engineer (IT)-information technology, in ICICI firstsource in

bangalore, in bangalore (ECO SPACE) firstsource having 21 process, with the staff strength of more

than 5000 enploies, i am server support enginner to this location i never hered any one who is

arguing with customers in AVAYA server (call recording) data base, even live on floor's,

Not only one agent from fast 5 mounths soo many times i have called up to CC, soo many

agents i have found who speaks rash and rude, i dont think what is the problem with this guys, salry

issue or work load pressur, or headyake handling with customer's, but why operration managers are

still given them opertunivity to work in that organization, one thing is true if the person who is

handling south zone or city head (karnata state), he is not taken any issue on this DAM SHURE they

are going to loose soo many customers from TATA DOCOMO, afcose they are no. in india who is

intradusing new offers, even netwok is not bad satisfied, just behalf of worst service they will be

loose theire customers,

I am requesting to center head or quality team or opps managers please do the needfull as

soon as possible, and get back to me, just go to my database and listen how your agents are rude and

dangerous with customers, this is the local service you people are giving to customers, i am blaming

our agents, i have a prrof, i am a professional, (IT department), i collect all proofs, i have call

recording in all of my handsets (nokia e61, nokia e90). if you people want that recording i can send

to you guys same while i will upload to internet also, just once after listening to this no one can

go with your dump TATA DOCOMO network.

The worst company ever. You cannot imagine a company worse than this.

It's run by a dumbfuk called shivakumar. He thinks he owns everybody that works there and treats them as if they are slaves.

No day passes by without at least one girl shedding tears because of his mental harassments.

Let me introduce the company little well.

Its located right next to St. Josephs college on Langford Roade.

No name boards have been put up.

They are a call centre basically, working for citi bank, standard charted and hdfc bank.

Whenever u get a call mentioning "hello Mr.X, I am calling from citibank/hdfc bank and u have been chosen as one among five hundred high profile clients etc that's them.

Fooling you into buying the credit card.

Let me remind you that they call thousands of people everyday saying the same thing.

YOU'VE BEEN SPAMMED.

When you join the company, you will be put into the hands of a trainer who manipulates you into thinking that this is the best company n [censored] like that.

They take your original marks card, and advance money from the candidates hand in exchange for the post.

Once you start the work, its hell from day one.

He starts screaming at you, yelling foul language etc.

While working, you are not supposed to even turn to the person next to you, If you do so, you get a penalty. Yes a PENALTY. He deducts that from the salary.

I[censored] do not shave, YOU GET A PENALTY

if you talk, YOU GET A PENALTY

if you come a minute late, YOU GET A PENALTY

if are longer in toilet, YOU GET A PENALTY

if your talk time is low, YOU GET A PENALTY plus foul language shouting from shivakumar.

He has some chamchas in the office, who lick his as$ thinking he is some god and this is some big mnc [censored] company.

He literally has one cctv camera for every four person working there.

He deducts pf amount from salary but wont give you pf number or any proof that the money is been sent to your pf account.

If you take leave you will be given 2000 Rs penalty.

If you are working there, forget about your personal life, coz you wont have any leaves.

He didn't give leave for election. Most of the employees hasn't voted.

No government holidays, forget diwali, forget everything.

Recently he started a online education centre for teaching in website.

The software team was once pretty big but because of his torture now only three of them work there. I don't know how or why.

Also I've heard there has been many cases on the company.

Labour department should raid this company and interview every employee and take their response and take action against the inhuman proprietor and HR.

It is the worst company to work for in INDIA. Creative Networks Langford road is the worst company to work for in India.
