[Resolved]  Vhire4u — A big fraud company

Hi Everyone,
THIS COMPLAINT IS AGAINST VHIRE4U-A WHITEFIELD BASED RECRUITMENT FIRM .
i want to tell about this company, that this company is big fraudster and run by mr.kakkar .He has hired a lady to run the organization who is equivalent to garbage in terms of work.This company has no work ethics,they can fire u anytime,most people get fired within 3 months of joining,because they are not able to meet targets because this company never had good clients, however they will claim at the time of interview that they posess them.
the lucky person who will escape 3 months will again get reviewed at 6 mths and then again they will try to fire him if found in that bracket,if again he escapes 6 months then they will make sure that they create such environment for him like no promotion,extended working hours so that he himself resigns from there.lot of people have not updated thier vhire4u experience on professional sites like linkedin, because they worked there for very less duration of time,so it is difficult to find out .best thing is to avoid this company beacuse they will never grow and not let u grow.

proofs which can give u more clarity;
1 this company is working in recruitment for 5 yrs but never their employee strength has gone beyond 15 across india
2 there are very few people who have completed 1 yrs,take clarity from linked in.
3 there are other no.of people who had worked here but due to working here for less duration they have not shown it anywhere
4 they also claim that they sell medical erp from their company wonesty,just think somebody will directly buy from a good cmm5 level company or through wonesty,so again a false claim.

advice to people who want to join;

1every company has pros and cons but again this company is cheapest among them.
2 avoid joining until and unless u are very needy,ask them to sign a bond of atleast 1 yrs so that they dont fire u before 1 yrs.
3 best of luck i[censored] are able to complete 1 yrs
