I have purchased a shop on second floor Empress mall, Dombivli east. There are at least 30 buyers like me. We got the possession in 2014. Till 2016 BIG BAZAAR was running on ground floor. For some reason the BIG BAZAAR was closed. After that one-by-one remaining shops also were closed.
On Dec 3, 2019 MIDC took over the mall saying that the structure was illegal and the builder TAYAL group violated some norms.
We buyers are suffering from that day, we don't know when we will get back our shops. At present we are unable to visit the mall and see our shops. We have paid the stamp duty and registered the shops.
