eMudhra Limited — Dsc still not active showing application status pending for ca approval for approval

Applied for dsc and received on 23 november 2020 but after verification dsc not yet active, no landline for communication with emudhra limited. My application id is 11246553. Please resolve as early as poosible as its been 4 months still no call received from emudhra customer support for any help
