[Resolved] Emvantage Payments — Money got deducted from my account without my authorisation

An amount of Rs20, 499/- has been deducted from my account and transferred to EMVantage account of Amazon on 31st March 2021. I have informed the SBI regarding this and no response from their side. Thats why I am posting this in the customer care. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference and let me know any further details are required from my side. Please do the needful and help me to get back the money deducted.

Received the email . And resolved with the bank. It was a failed transaction and got resolved. Money was safe in the account.
