Dear sir,

Sub:- encroachment of park land and illegal construction and letting out for commercial
Activities actually the space reserved for common purpose such as foot paths, roads,
Playgrounds, parks etc., in srt colony, sanathnagar, hyderabad – action requested.

Ref:-our previous letter dated 10/9/13 regarding requesting you to stop encroachment of
Public parks in srt colony, sanathnagar, hyderabad.


With reference to the subject mentioned, we would bring to your kind notice that as mentioned in our
Previous cited above.

We srt colony residents of srt 1141, 1142, 1143, 1144, 1145, 1146, 1147, and srt
1160, 1159, 1158, 1157, 1156 are facing regularly problem of way/ path blockage to go to our residences
Morning and evening it is very difficult to school going pupil facing lot of problems due to illegal
Encroachment of ghmc park which was allotted to the colony people by adjusting amounts
From the salaries of the employees for the greenery and footpath and park etc., for the common
Purpose of the colony residents.

Despite repeated objections / warnings by the residents the encroacher has constructed over night
Without considering our objections.

As per the lay out plan of subsidised industrial housing scheme, sanathnagar, hyderabad, a copy of
Which is enclosed herewith for your information and reference, where in schedule ‘b’ of point (B)
Clearly says the purpose of area allotted and we have paid money for it by adjusting salaries for
Common residential applications.

Whereas non-residents of this area are encroached and constructed illegally and letting out for
Commercial activities and grabbing money out of public property which is causing accident prone area
At our colony morning and evening due to heavy traffic in the premises for which the we are paying
Betterment charges and development charges to the govt.

Hence we humbly request your good self to take an appropriate action against encroachers by taking
Back the premises to the normal park condition and maintain greenery, footpaths as it is in the enclosed
Lay out and protect the park areas from those kind.

Hope you may look into matter at the earliest so as to free from traffic and maintain clean and green
Area in our local premises.
