We had purchased AIO HP Pavillion -21-a256 from Desktop Creators-Anand, Gujarat vide their invoice No.7574, dt: 23.9.2014 .on 24.12.2015 adaptor was suspected burnt and we had complaint to Desktop Creator.Adaptor was taken by them on 25.12.2015.After rigorous follow up they told that SMPS has burnt and new one will be supplied on 28.12.15.It was not delivered on 28.12.2015 and again after too much follow up alternate SMPS was delivered on 31.12.2015 on testing .We were told that some problem with mother board and after checking at their office estimate for repair will be made available to us .Till today i.e on 5.1.2016 estimate has not been told to us .You may be well aware in recent time without Computer nothing moves.Your dealer is unable to tell us estimate even after a week time and we do not imagine how much time they will take to repair .This is the efficiency of your dealer which tarnish the image of company of international repute.
