Description: The nozzle on top of the bottle was damaged, which is attached to the bottle in an unmovable manner and even the taste of the liquor was not regular. This is definitely case of mixing with no resolution provided from the shop.
Desirable resolution: The faulty botttle provided must be replaced with adequate compensation for the loss of time and the harrasment faced at the hands of shop owners.
