I live in Chile and recieved a phone call from by bank telling me that my card was being used from UK. It was an entropay UK charge for $299.
Checking out on internet I find out that this is not the first time that this has happened, it's actually quite common. I have never used entropay, I actually didn't know it existed.
I was also reading that uses being "safe" as one of their main positive qualities... It's kind of ironic... Isn't it?
