Sir, on 15th September I complained about the printer display being faulty on EPSON's helpline number, for which the engineer checked and confirmed on 23rd September that yes, the display is really faulty, but Sir, till today 13th October, despite my repeated calls to the service center, they have not yet repaired my printer, which is still under warranty. Sir, I am a very small businessman and because of them I am facing huge losses...

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Epson regarding the purchase and subsequent service of their printer model WF-R8591.I invested a significant amount of ₹2, 20, 000 in this printer, expecting a high-quality product and reliable service, but unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. The printer has consistently underperformed, and I have encountered numerous issues that severely hinder its functionality....
