Equitics Global Research — loss of money

I am manu pillai. I have taken your basic package in which i paid a service charge of ₹27000 and invested ₹1.50 lakhs in my trading account which is now come to ₹22000.

My advisor’s name is axay patel and 12 out of 13 calls he made went on loss.
Everytume when i asked about the loss he told that it will be recovered which is now has become a huge loss.
From 25 feb 2020 he is not giving me any update regarding my stocks and now started ignoring my calls. And now i have completed my 50 tradind days and as per your programe i should get a profit of ₹1.10 laks after 30-40 days.

It is to intimate that if i didn’t get a satisfactory reply for this mail i will be moving to lodge a complaint in the consumer court and will post reviews in all social media playforms with all the proofs of payment and chats i have done with your company.
