I am writing to request about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service from you . I received from one of your service centers I.e KASHI SALES, Mancheswar industrial area Bhubaneswar Odisha.i have been a business relationship over 10 years I also have 14 nos of ESCORT F15 which I purchased from you.
But now days I ordered a Escort F-17 vehicle from kashi sales and equipments . I also have made a compleat payment on towards the said order in 29 mar 2022. When I went to show room to ask my order details the sales person told me that till time no billing is done of my order. None of the person listening my word.
However it has been over days I have not received the billing order till date . Neither have your showroom cared to explain the reason for the dalay yet. Please note that the delay is causing business loss to us.
I need the ordered the vehicle urgently to honor our commitments. Therefore requested to deliver the vehicle at the earliest.
