It is about these people that I have a compliant against. I was called from the number [protected] by one Mr. Ragul at 11.06 a.m today 30.03.2016 inquiring me to know whether I am looking out for job opportunity abroad.

I said, "Yes" and immediately, he said that they are ready to help me. Moreover, he listed some of the so called universities supposed to be located in Dubai. They are American University, and Manipal University and so on. He also said that they are not any agency and do not get any money from the job seekers instead they get their commission amount directly from the companies which provide jobs. He stressed on that point to the level that it seemed to be true.

I said that if that is the case I am interested to attend the interview with the company. He asked me to pay an initial amount of Rs. 3, 400 through PayUMoney for being treated as a premium customer by the company.

I said that I would pay the initial amount and I would not pay any other amount until I get the job. He agreed and sent me an invoice which I had to pay through online using PayUMoney as an Interface.

While I was online having just paid the required initial amount the call was transferred to someone else who assumed the office as Senior Consultant and he was telling me that my documents have to be verified.

I said I have not sent any documents to be verified. While we were talking like this, I have received another mail with an invoice for Rs. 15, 000 asking me pay this amount through PayUmony once again for the purpose of verification. I told him I cannot send any money unless I send my documents. But he was persistent I should pay the money then and there so that he could send my documents to the university in the evening itself.

I said that I did not have my documents ready yet and I need to scan them and so I asked him from some breathing time. He immediately said that not to worry about the money of Rs. 15, 000 because it is refundable and the money is collected as an advance and it will be borne by the employer. So he asked me to pay the money. I said no.
He asked me whether I do not have sufficient funds and I answered yes. He asked me whether I could generate the amount today itself. I told him that I was earlier cheated by Wisdom Jobs two years ago and now I don't want to be cheated again.
He then transferred call back to Ragul. I told Ragul that I am asked to pay Rs. 15000 again. I don't know why. He also said even I don't know why. They won't change this amount. I don't know what happened in between, he transferred call again.
But I was very stubborn that I would not pay the money and about to disconnect the call. He said he would call me in the evening around 4.00 pm today 30.03.2016.

I was thinking that I was cheated again. I was not sure then. But around 12.05 pm, I received a call from the number [protected] and this time, it was a girl/lady who called me.
I was able to clearly hear that she was calling from a call centre and every one is asking the same question, which they used to ask me. I could clearly hear so many voices repeating same question "Are you looking out for a job?" So I asked her whether she was calling from a call centre. But she denied it. As usual in the course of the conversation, she asked me for the initial payment and I denied it stubbornly and she disconnected call all by herself.

At around 1.30 pm, I received another call from a girl and once again it was from the same call centre I guess asking me whether I am interested in going abroad. But this time I was reluctant and knowing that she disconnected the call.

Well, I know from what has happened to me that they have got my email ID from some Manpower Consultancy and I have recently uploaded my resume in Shine.com too. I don't know from where exactly they got my information and I have become their prey today. I assure you that I will not pay that Rs.15000 if they come back to me in the evening.

Now, is there any possibility of bringing these people to the limelight and make the public aware so that many do not fall prey to them? Is there any possibility of curbing these people from getting on to this business? Finally, is there any chance of me getting back my money of Rs. 3400?

Please help if it is under your purview or guide me how I can get my money back please.

Thank you.
