Yesterday i was driving my car no mp07ce6010 bearing captioned fastag serial number from indore to shivpuri. At nh3 toll plaza mudkheda, i was deliberately shunted away from fastag lane to cash lane by 2 toll employees. On the directed toll i was told only cash is allowed on that particular tall booth since fastag lane is different one, the same i was whisked away from earlier.
On my request to use handheld machine to charge the fastag, i was bluntly refused and was forcefully compelled to pay rs 50 cash.
The behaviour of all toll staff there was very rude and indifferent.
