I tried to book 6 tickets on esselworl website but it didnt completed the transaction on website, i tried two times . But at backend both transaction were completed and both payment were done by paytm. I got 6 ticket confirmed email form esselworl but not received any email for 6 ticket from esselworld.
i have provided pyament transaction ID to esselworl which i received from paytm for both transaction.
Now esselworld is not refunding amount for second transaction Was this information helpful? |
