I have purchased 05 essel world water park tickets for rs.5000/- on on 08/11/2018 but due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances we are unable to use this ticket. The tickets were valid for one month. I asked them to extend it for one more month but they simply denied.
There is no cost to the company in extending but still they refused. How much customer focused the company is??
Cant accept a small request..
