Purchased one Robotic vacuume cleaner online on 20 April 2021 .from etechi store by order no #2171 .ship to Niru Pani, F/10 bjbnagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India I order black colour but it was white colour and in damaged condition . Instead of full charging it’s nt spinning.. I gave so many mail to the store ( Kavita Sharma the concerned person as written on their web site ) to return the product and refund back my money . But no response or any mail from their side . Pls look into the matter and take care to refund the money and return the product . Hope early mail .
