This compalint is against the ETECHIE.STORE wherein we had bought a smart vaccum cleaner robot from them in COD, and I had read specifically about the refund and return policy which is mentioned within 30 days after delivery. Now, after recieving faulty product I have trying to speak to tem but, no contact details is mentioned on website, also I have written several emails to them but, no correspondance action has been taken.

Also, the product has been delivered to us in packaging done by amazon. I have been requesting them on their customercare email add to refund us our money back, and take back their product.
