eTechies.in — mobile repair on warranty

we purchased XOLO A600 through Flipkart. 0n05.02.2014. Mobile is not woking now as per warranty (eb-sph-8k) (PBLR0021-EBSPH[protected] extended warranty is 13 to 24 months . But service center person at Bangalore rejected to do service. need your help to get mobile repaired
