Ethiopian Airlines — suitcase damaged during travel bjr-add-del on 21.01.2019 ticket izmypt flight landed del 0115

I, Anil Mahendra, resident of, 25-C, pocket-'A', Sukhdev Vihar, New Delhi-110025, Mob: [protected] / [protected], Sheba Miles no: [protected], am a frequent traveller of Ethiopian Air Lines and in the last six years must have more than 20 times to DEL-ADD-BJR, in your esteemed airlines as I am a teacher Bahirdar University. I did not have any problem of any kind till now but this my last travel as described above, as ticket details, my suitcase (American Tourister) is broken so badly that it is beyond repairs.
The price of the bag was what I remember Rs 7, 600/-. As I travel extensive so I do not remember where i kept the receipt for the same. It has been used only for my last travel ie. 21 july 2018, DEL-ADD-BJR and 20 th Jan 2019, BJR-ADD-DEL. American Tourister size is 75cmx52cmx28cm
I am attaching herewith my, photo of damaged suitcase, Property irregularity Report(PIR) issued by your representative at Delhi airport, which I had a great difficulty in getting it at delhi airport as they took two hours to give it.
Please note that I have to travel again to DEL-ADD-BJR shortly, I require suitcase. I have requested them to please send me the new equivalent suitcase size 75cm x 52 cm x28 cm at the earliest.

Please note to cover their(Ethiopian Airlines) mistake of damaging my suitcase, which is beyond repairs, Brand is American Tourester, size given above.
They are asking me the receipt of purchase, which due to my extensive travelling I do not remember where I kept it, evaluating to very little prize and want me to sign the receipt before paying so that what they will do after I sign.

They also want me to deliver the damaged suitcase to their office which will cost me half the compensation they are offering me and waste my precious time because of their mistake.

I want a equivalent suitcase as it is it tested brand by my family in the past and lasts for more than ten years, it is only 8 months old and used for DEL-ADD-BJR and BJR-ADD-Del only once.

Humble request to pehreda and consumer court and to help me get equivalent suitcase at the earliest as I have to travel shortly.
