We had placed order of Dr. Aquaguard compact water purifier on 29/6/18. The technician had fix the water purifier on 7/718. Very next it stop working. Not a single glass of water was consume. So we complaint and a service request number was [protected] dated 13/7/18. Mr. Ganpat (technician) attended and found that the fuse and it's contact was not working. So he remove the fuse and made the supply direct. I asked him why he did direct supply when it is suppose to have fuse connnect. He replied that the fuse connection is of no use.This is your technician speaking to an electrical engineer. After four days on 17/07/18 Mr. Ganpat came with the fuse but did not have soldering iron and was just twisting the wire to the fuse contact which can lead to accident such as sparkling and may further result in short circuit.
Sir, when I told him that he was wrong, he said we don't have soldering iron. Saying this, he disconnected the machine and went away.

I purchased a product from your sales man and i gave him a cheque of 17290 and passed in bank but your company gave me a product which is not what they told at the time of sales when i called the sales man he told me to use that product otherwise no option is there it is the company rule's to compel the customer to use the product which is his choice t i called your customer care officials twenty one times from 29th september to till noe and also written several mails and my issue is not resolved till now i just want to refund my money your salesman gangadharan and his manager alsoe not responding to my issue and also your chennai branch also called me from [protected] she also told me that you don't have any other option instead o[censored]sing that product which is not i wanted its any company rules that you r not refund my money as they told me company will not never refund any amount
Service provider missing using the customer details.This is the issue was found out on 18/11/2020.The service man has came with customers details of which he wasn't from Eureka service .Told that he is service person and changed the cartridge and charged us with 2500/- after a day .There was with more voice and vibration from motor .I contacted the person his number was not reachable and then contact Eureka service. They told it's not from us.This is because they provide and customer details to contract person due to this All this is happening. Kindly be careful.The bill has sent through mail .I have attached the snap of it.The service person name was manjunath contact number[protected]
