Euro Kids — Compaint against Branch head - Rustomjee Majiwada Branch

Dear Team,

I took admission for My child Paarth Patil for nursary in Thane Rustomjee Majiwada Euro kids branch. Due to some reasons, I had requested the branch head about the change in Batch from A batch to B batch which is 12:30 to 1:30 pm on 1st Nov 2021. She agreed to do that but she dint make changes, due to that my child could not attend the classes since 1 & half months. Now when there is fees payment pending for 2nd term then branch head has whatsapp me for paying due amount.
I had asked her that why she dint change the Batch as its a big loss of my child by losing so many sessions, then she said I need to visit their branch. Hence I asked her why she dint inform the same thing on 1st Nov then she does not have any answer.

Is this kind of behaviour we should expect from a big brand like Euro Kids? When parents are making request then those requests are not getting considered, but when there is payments due then they are behind the parents like anything.

Why we prefer Euro kids, due to the best learning for child but this branch is only running it for making Money thats it.
