Euro Kids — physical abuse on a 2yr old child

I am a parent of a 2.9yr old child, who goes to eurokids at thakurli branch in playgroup section. On 17th december 2019 my child left school and informed her grandmother that she was beaten at school fr doing masti. I was i pain as the teacher hit her on her hands and also slapped on her cheeks. I have complained to the management but instead of calling fr an urgent meeting he delayed it to a weekend by saying their is a parent's teacher meeting on 21st. I thought i wll speak on tht day. But was surprised to know tht they planned fr a one on one meeting. If it was a one on one meeting then why did they keep it on d same day or the next day of the incident. They were just delaying it. I am highly disappointed and also on my enquiry i got to know their are other students whom the teacher does physical abuse. This must be stopped as they are not sent their to get hurt emotionally or physically. I need an urgent call frm the board members or i will submit such story on facebook and on other social media.
