Eva Shoopers — Did not received any order

I Surinder Singh from Punjab, order an office chair and for that i have paid in advance via paytm. I got the confirmation of payment but did not received any ticket of order. I have sent them a mail on given mail id but did not received any response yet. I really want my money to be refunded.
