[Resolved]  Evershine Holidays Pvt Ltd — For the refund of the money

I have booked a flight ticket through a agent whose name is kaushal from noida who works in everyshine holidays pvt Ltd. For the extra baggage add he asked extra money with the flight ticket and we gave to him but on the journey date when we reached to the airport in delhi we came to know that the bag was not added and we have to buy extra baggage their only in the airport after that when we talked to the agent he said that the bag was not updated and he said that the whatever the refund will be he will gave back but their have been around more than 1 month the flight was on 24 April and today is 1 june haven't gave back any money when I confirmed to the airline they told that no bag was added with this pnr and he was lying at that time i have been calling from last 20-25 days he don't picks the call not even reply the msgs after 10-15 calls he picks and say tomorrow I will give u the tomorrow cames he say today after 6 pm I will give after that he say on 30 may I will definitely give and from 30 the he is not picking any call please take strict action against him he is doing all these fraud. The airline is go first and the pnr is KGTJTR
