Respected sir/mam,
One girl called me and said there is an captcha filling work! After her call again i got an call that they have registered my work, if the work is not completed within 15 days, then i will be charged 9500 rs. I was completely unaware of the fact that there is repayment of this much amount and considering the fact that they can force me to pay the fine by many ways i instantly refused to start the work and they were fine with it. She said she cancelled the work. I asked for proof but she did not provide me one. After some days there advocate called me and asks me about paying the penalty.
Now they are troubling me to pay the money. They are torturing mentally, i cant concentrate on my studies.
I hope you will take action against them soon.

I have enrolled in exa technology for part time job in which they had given the task to do 15, 000 captchas in 15 days for which they will pay Rs 2.25 per captcha and I have submitted the agreement. But now I have seen in net about it's fraudulent activities and not know what to do next.They have made everyone fool if they worked or not. I don't know what should I do next to save myself otherwise they will ask for Rs 9000. Please help me for the same.

I was looking for a part time job in online and i applied for a data entry captchas then they have called me saying that you have been selected for the job. They said that it is just a 15days work and i have to enter 15000 captchas in 15 days and they will give 2.25 rps for each captcha i have to pay 9000 if i couldn’t complete it. I was enable to complete it in 15days. After two days of my deadline some one called me and said that you have not complete in time so you have to pay 9000 by 2:30pm if you pay late want to pay 13850 or case will be field against court. So i have paid with penalty 13850 at that time they said your case will closed you need not to pay any money further. But now they are saying to terminate my account i have to pay 28500 by 22nd march otherwise they have said they will take legal action. I have asked before we can quit for 15days she said yes but now they are torching me to pay 28500 to terminate my account. As iam a student how can i pay that huge amount to them. So please help me

I have applied for data entry job . I have done half work with some problems i have not done the work which they have given to me and after that they have called me asked money for penalty so i have paid them the penalty. On that day they have said your file has been closed there no problem further in future. But again they are asking money about 28500 as a student how can i pay that huge amount please help . This usha recently too a part of this exa parttime online compay... Thry asked me to update my id proof and i did.. Later they send me an agreement.. I have went throught it... After some time a lady called me and explained everthing and i said yes... Im started doing work... But i was not updating in the system... Im email them regarding this.. But i was help less no one reverted back... But i keep on doing the work... And now they are calling and asking me to pay the money of 9000/-... I would like to know how far was it real... If i failed to they said that they will send me the leagal notice... Looking farward for help... Please respond as soon as possible...

I'am meenu kumari getting forced by adv. Patel. To pay 9000/-. And more money because of the panelty charges and the charges would be rs 125000... Sir, i already done the work and do 15431 captcha and they said that my work is not complete and i will have to pay them... Agreement which i read after this call... Legally letter proceedings

Sir i just inform you that pay the agreement amount to quit and close your file. Other wise you have to follow the below proceeds.

The company assures that you accept the binding agreement and hence they conduct the legal action under civil wrong and cause of statement.

1: the company will proceeds legal action and file a case against you.

2:they will send you a case id num.

3:there after they have provide you the legal notice on your residence proof.

4:if you ignore the notice then the company will issued your summons by court. (Summons-a court hearing and attendance compulsory)

5:if you do not avail in summons then as per law the company will win the case by default and you have to pay the compensation of some big amount to the company.

So do not force the company to conduct a legal action against you. This is for final time the company assures you.

I am shrirupa banerjee. I have received the same call two days ago that i have to complete 15000 captchas within 15 days and they have sent me an license agreement paper and i have also started the work but after reading all this complaints i want to get rid of this fraud company. I was searching part time job on line and company contacted me gave captcha work filling 15000 captcha and minimum 13500 captcha with 90% accuracy. No training was given to me, even server flow was very slow, and without explaining me they added a penalty of rs.9000/- without my consent and confirmation. Now they are harrassing me by phone and mail to pay the charges + 3000/- legal charges within 7days. I am 55 yrs above with weak eye sight, and they are mentally torturing me so i am disturbed. Last i get a company that is exa technology. But that company is cheating me and lost my registeratio money. But later i came to know that they have created a agreement saying i have to pay 9000rs as penalty if i don't complete or doesn't achieve 90 percent accuracy. Then i called them to ask about it and i can cancel the agreement which they have made but for three days they didn't pic call and always says busy later i sent a cancellation letter to them as they have mentioned in agreement that client has right to terminate this agreement from immediate effect and exa technology will not be responsible for any data loss and payment.
They didn't accept my terminate letter and now they sent me email and text messages saying case hase been field under section 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872.
Exa technology is a wonderfull cheating company. They do not provide correct payment and job.. They provide a fake demo work in trining videos and they giving another work.. The authority please take a correct action against exa technology..

Hi, I'm Pruthvi from Karnataka and I'm a student, recently while I was searching for online part-time jobs so I got this company and applied for same online job and then I got call from lady named Prachi, she said that I have to complete 15, 000 captcha in 15 days with 90% accuracy and completion of job I will be given 33, 000 and they asked me to send my Adhar card number and photo and also asked me to fill up registration form, After filling up the form they sent me a legal contract with my name and address at the bottom, and the clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period I would have to pay Rs 9, 000/-. It was also written legal action will be taken against me if I fail to pay the penalty, there are some issues with their system which I can't cope with,
I have been noticing since from DAY 1 that their counting in Report is too far than my actual work done, I have enough proofs against the manipulative system. I have tried to contact with their helpline so many times but didn't respond well and i'm still student, I can't be able to concentrate on my studies please help me to get rid off them and today one of their lawyer called and asked me for penalty and also said if i'm failing to pay penalty, they would file a case on me. Please help me to get rid off this and I'm so tensed and they are spoiling my day, please take some action towards this company asap.

My name is proyel ghosh, i stay in bally was working in a factory 1year ago for 3, 000/-rs salary per month. Suddenly the factory gets closed and i was mentally and physically sick as well as jobless and having my parents suffering from deseases.
So i thought to do some job online home based work. I got a call from exa technology, they were talking about filling captcha of 15, 000 captcha in 15 days. So i got agreed to do so. They send me some agreement paper where there is no signature of mine, after 2days from the day of agreement i was totally in bed suffering from high bp and hyper tension so i couldn't complete my work and after 15days they continuously pressuring me to pay 9, 000/-rs + 3, 100/-rs = 12, 000/-rs as penalty for not completing my work. There advocate association is continuously sending me sms & mailing me that if you not pay then we will put a case of 406, 420 against me.
So sir/madam, i request you to please solve my case as soon as possible you can, as i am very poor.

They asked me to fillup 15000 captchas within 15 days with 90% accuracy and on complition of job i will be given rs33750. After this they asked me to fill up a registration form by uploading photo and signature and aadha r card, after filling up the form they send me a legal contract with my photo and signature at the bottom, and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period i would have to pay rs9000/-. I was searching online jobs for my extra pocket money so i left my contacts online and i got a call from vishal from exa technology asking me to work online captcha enty so i said yes, he asked me to send id proof so i sent my driving license after that i received a mail and vishal called me again and enquired about mail he had sent to so i said yes he asked me to click on link so provided to get work id and password as i clicked there was a agreement saying i have to pay penalty of rs-9000 if not completed or 90 percentage not achieved.
So i kept on calling the helpline provided for three days the line is busy and after continuing call again they answered and i asked for termination of agreement as they have mentioned in agreement saying ‘ client reserves to terminate this agreement with immediate effect and exa technology is not responsible for any online data or money.
I even sent a termination letter to exa technology latur, latur.
Now they are torturing me for 9100+3000 as legal fees please help me i am a student.
If my parents came to know about their legal emial i have to hang myself. I even tried to work but they changed my submit report.

But while registering i have asked them whether i can quit after 15 days she said that this is only a 15 days project and you don't have to do after that. But now they are torchuring me to pay 18500 to terminate my account. There nothing mentioned about 11months on the agreement also.

I have give work for 15days of filling 15000 captcha and mentain 90% accuracy. I m inputting correct captchas bt still it is showing that you had inputed wrong data. After 15 days when final report comes up, it was mentioned that you have mentained 89.5% accuracy so you have to pay 9000\-. But i have full recording of inputed correct captchas and how company cheated me. So now what i have to do?

As already discussed with somya, 1st i will see trail of your captcha work, then only will sign your agreement,
There are many loop holes while data punching 5 to 6 hrs they are not providing update of count,
In a one minutes only 3/4 captcha uploading & server is very slow
Also, first they give easy word & then very difficult to understand on phone call they give only confidence very smartly in two days you will understand, when daily punching data update given time of 6pm not given, & next day when the not responded informed i am not interested, again
Somya forced to try you will soon expert in that, but when i came to know more than 500 punching done in hole day their capctha count shown in mid night very less 340 only, so, sent in writing will not do the work, & same time they send me without agreed to work, agreement in mail, when i have not under signed how they can sent me notice??
Also, phone call sms threat started, & they sent me legal notice in mail also, now demanding rs.9000+3000/-within seven days otherwise they will take legal action.

As per our discussion to start above home-based part time work you have not clarified following impotent fact about the work, after 1st day trial work which supposed to be briefly must explained by you.

1. while captcha work many key words unable to understand & proper clarity of visible as i spoke today on telephone
2 each six-word latter's captcha taking 8 to 10 second to up lode in your server, as your server speed very slow while we are using in our system 10mbps speed of internet
3 while captcha punching counter not reflecting current update of counting, how we come to know, in software data are punching correctly,??
4. When we called up on helpline operator told me at 6 pm hole day punching will be upload & reflect the captcha count, but never updated.
5 today hole day more than four hrs. Data punched, while punching data at late evening 10.30pm captcha punching updated counter from current status 13 to 17 updated, it means hole day only 4 captchas
Correct punched by me??? How it can be possible?? R you sure doing genuine business?? Or making fools to part time job seekers??

Before accept to continue your work need all undisclosed point to be clear, for the job satisfaction while punching your count down status meter must show the current punched captcha count, how will trust

Your rejection criteria correct which experienced in 1st day only,

If it is like this you must explain to before enroll in your work agreement,

It seems your above home-based part time offer mislead to job seeker, & i'm not interested to continue your work,

But from your end no support & revert of my inquiry, regarding appended mail & no any senior person contacted me & also not replied guideline support,

It seems we are wasting our time in spite of spending 5/6 hrs only 92 punching uploading due to slow server speed & also captcha word problem wrong punching happening

Wherein no solution provided from your end. So i decided to stop this trail of data punching of customer id c[protected] & plan id p[protected]. Which you sent me on 18 feb mid night.

Also i have not yet reverted undersigned agreement which you sent in appended mail,

It is totally not trusted agreement, so treat this deal as scrapped..

Hi my name is shereena recently i got a call from exa technology for part time job. They asked me to fillup 15000 captchas within 15 days with 90% accuracy and on complition of job i will be given rs33750. After this they asked me to fill up a registration form by uploading photo and signature and aadha r card, after filling up the form they send me a legal contract with my photo and signature at the bottom, and a clause was attached to the contract which says failing to complete the work within the time period i would have to pay rs9000/-. I was completely unaware of this clause and it was also written a legal action will be taken against me if i fail to pay the penalty. Please help me out of this problem. A quick action is expected from my side.

This is krishna, i recently received a call from exa technology for data entry job. They asked me to send aadhar and alternate phone number. I submitted and later i have enquires about the company and got to know it is a fraud and i have mailed them back, that i’m not willing to work and did not accepted the terms and conditions. But today i received a call and text that i have to pay penalty for not completing my work. Why would i pay penalty when i did not sign for the terms and conditions and they did not assign me work.
They filed a case on me without my mistake. Exa technology is threatening me to pay the penalty. They are literally harassing me. Please help

I got a call from exa technology company for job i agreed but after the day they called i asked if they have any legal authority about their company or job but they said that if i don't want to do job then i can drop it. They said me to signout from their site i do the same but after 15 days they are just sending me text messages to fulfill the penalty amount
Why should i pay that amount because i have already dropped it. When i searched their site on google it only show exa technology fraud company their are more than 100+ reviews about that company that the company is fake.
