My name is S. UMA MAHESWARI. I have made two transactions for Rs 2000/- and Rs 705.90 for Fastag via Razorpay on 09.03.2021. It was acknowledged and I got receipt of acknowledgement from Exceed consultants for the purchase of Fastag.

Today I contacted Fastag for my current balance in Fastag. I came to know that only Rs 200 is in balance and the service charges for Fastag is only Rs 200/-. So total charge will be Rs 400/- for which I have paid Rs 2705.90. I have all proof. I got their address from my acknowledgement receipt -

Then I traced the transactions and found out that Exceed consultants have grabbed the amount from my pocket. I contacted their numbers [protected] and [protected] and both numbers are switched off.. Made several attempts. Kindly arrange to get refund of Rs 2305/-.
