My name is paramananda bania. I'm running through a lot of financial problem so i googled for some part time work. On 9 august i received a call from a lady and she says "i'm calling from the company". Then i asked which company she didn't even listened to me and continued with her offer of 10 day work of 1500 form fillings from which 90% has to be correct. She said there is no registration fee at the time of joining but that will be deducted from our first month salary, rs 4900. Since i am in a very bad financial situation i said ok and then she asked me to send me my id proof and contact number and email id and i did that as well. Then i received an agreement mail from them on 10 august where they said that i have to pay the registration fee rs 4900 if i fail to finish the work at time or upto the requirements, which they didn't mentioned when they called me. Then i thought there must be some fraud going on and instantly at the very moment i called the number i received call from and i said i don't want to do this work as i'm not comfortable with the agreement so kindly do not send me the username and password. They denied my request and they sent me the username and password. But i never logged in i never started the work.
Now, yesterday 23 august i received a call from them saying that i have to pay rs 4900 for not completing my work. I said for what i need to pay 4900. I asked not to give me login credentials even though they sent me credentials. But i never even started work. And the agreement which i haven't even signed. Now they are threatening me that they will take legal action against me.
Kindly help me sir from this fraud. They are making me mentally unstable at the moment since i have been through a lot of issues in my personal life.
