I purchased a speaker from www.lightningdeals.live with cod on 25.12.18. It is a bose speaker and i have mentioned clearly if its original bose than only supply.
My order no. is 4009 and the docket no. of Delhivery is[protected].
I have received the parcel on 30.12.18 and paid Rs.3500/- through Delhivery.
Now when I have opened it found it is duplicate product and also not working.
I tried writing emails given on their website as it needs to be reported with 48 hrs. but the mails are bouncing back.
The email address given on website is [protected]@lightningdeals.live, [protected]@lightningdelas.live.
I need help in getting my money back. NO phone number and no other details available. Called delhivery to ask for the details where it ahs been booked, but they are saying they dont have the details.
