Dear Team,

Excellence Shelters Pvt Ltd Company owned by Mr Naresh Bharde cheated us & is not returning our money of total - 19, 25, 400 (Nineteen lakhs twenty five thousand four hundred rupees)

I want to lodge a complaint against "Excellence Shelters Pvt Ltd" company owned by Mr Naresh Bharde.

We have purchased a plot with them in 2013 Aug with a buy back facility of 100%.

Plot details :
Plot purchased in Solapur NH9 project - Plot No 7 & 8 in GAT NO 111 & 112 ITKAL / Taluka Tuljapur under my wifes name Archana Hase.

We have amenity agreement made between both the parties where company was suppose to return my total money of 19, 25, 400 by month of Aug 2017.

I am following up with the company from last 6 months, there is no reply from customer care for the 6 month. Finally met Mr Naresh Bharde owner of the company is saying he is not going to pay me money & i will have to keep waiting for a year more.

I want to take a strict action against it & want my hard earned money back from company.

Attached along with Amenity agreement.

Pls help me to get my money back, i have other liabilities planned considering i would get this money by last month.

Kindly help & take strict action against company & owner.
