Excellent Technology, Nashik — online form filling- fraud company

Hi,

Kindly do not entertain this company. It is a fraud company and they have no limits to made u scare for paying amount(Admin Charges). Though I have not signed the agreement and have not send any mail confirmation for the job. I have only entered OTP which they told for mobile number verification.

They are forcing me to deposit the amount 1500+4000 for breaking the agreement and not submitting the work.

I google about the company on their given address and found 3 companies on the same address. How come it is possible? Then I found the advocate name same k S Mane(kundan Mane) in consumer complaints.

They are sending fraud legal notice and messages continuously and demanding for money. I have attached below the notice what I have received.

No need to be worried. Relax.
On 30th December 2019, i took online job from excellent technology. But I can't able to complete it. Now they are sending email and telling me to pay within 4hrs. I have not received proper information from this company. Also they're threatening me to pay 4000 rupees otherwise legal action will be taken against me. Also this will be registered under 420 cheating case. Is this true??? Please anyone reply.

No need to get scare Divesh. It is a fraud company. They can’t able to do anything. Don’t reply to any of there mail or msg. If they will call you scold them badly. I too did the same thing.

Hey I am one of victim...I paid them ₹4000 because i scared...can anyone help me how i will get my money back if yes...plz provide information..

If they send legal notice also no issue. Because those notice is also a fake one. So there is nothing to get worried Ajith.

Shrijas, why did u paid them. They all are fake and once u loosed u can’t get it back.

I have submitted my id (driving licence) to them. Should I be worried?
Hii Miki the same thing also happen to me. they sent me a legal notice on mail from adv.[protected]@gmail.com ID the contains are also same but Company name is INFRA DATA TECHNOLOGY. i have also searched about the lawyer details on Bombay high Court website (https://bombayhighcourt.nic.in/advcodes.php) i haven't get anything from there about the advocate (i.e name, address etc.).

can you tell me that is there any problem in future for this notice or for the Contract

Hey!
The same thing happened to me today and I sent the details ..like my mail, number and id (adhaar card).
Now I m worried about my ID . Can anyone please tell if I should worry about this or not. And yes, I didnot agree to any agreement and didnt pay anything.
can anyone please advise me??
